Oconee Woods Architectural Control Committee (OWACC)

Role of the OWACC - The primary activity of the OWACC is to implement the provisions of Article 7, Architectural Control, of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Oconee Woods Subdivision. In addition, the OWACC will provide oversight to the potential violations of other articles of the declaration and report to the board accordingly for further action needed, also outlined in the Declaration of Covenants,
